The client was running a growing business with many repetitive internal processes handled manually by a large operations team, around 127 employees. Daily work was repetitive, rule based, and time consuming: CRM updates, lead movement, email follow ups, spreadsheet updates, reports, approvals, task assignment, internal notifications, and cross platform coordination.

The goal was not to add a few automations, it was to audit the business, remove repetitive work, and build an automation layer across operations. After implementation, the company operated with around 75 employees, reducing manual workforce dependency by approximately 41% while improving workflow consistency and speed.
