The client was running a growing business with many repetitive internal processes handled manually by a large operations team, around 127 employees. Daily work was repetitive, rule based, and time consuming: CRM updates, lead movement, email follow ups, spreadsheet updates, reports, approvals, task assignment, internal notifications, and cross platform coordination.
The goal was not to add a few automations, it was to audit the business, remove repetitive work, and build an automation layer across operations.
